Partnering with Baesman Group, our team at Listrak led a creative refresh of Stanley Steemer’s transactional email program. With a legacy dating back to 1947, Stanley Steemer is a trusted leader in home and commercial cleaning. The objective was to modernize their email communications while staying true to their established brand identity.

MY ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONS
As lead designer, I focused on delivering a cohesive, on-brand experience across all customer touchpoints. I translated Stanley Steemer’s existing visual system—including logos, icons, callouts, and footers—from their website into email, ensuring strong cross-channel consistency.

To support varied content needs, I sourced imagery from multiple channels, including social media and stills from website videos. I designed a total of 12 transactional emails for both commercial and residential audiences. To improve efficiency and scalability, I structured the Figma file using reusable components and global variables, enabling fast iteration and smooth collaboration across the team.

RESULTS & IMPACT
The designs were approved with minimal revisions and received consistently positive client feedback, signaling strong brand alignment. The component-based Figma system streamlined handoff and made ongoing collaboration efficient and scalable, contributing to the overall success of the project.
