Stanley Steemer – Transactional Email Redesign
OVERVIEW: Partnering with Baesman Group, our team at Listrak was tasked with a creative refresh of Stanley Steemer’s transactional emails. With a legacy dating back to 1947, Stanley Steemer is a trusted name in home and commercial cleaning. The goal was to modernize and align email communications with the brand’s established visual identity.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS: As lead designer, I focused on creating a seamless brand experience for Stanley Steemer’s customers. Drawing heavily from the company’s website, I translated their visual identity—including logos, icons, callouts, and footers—into email design to ensure consistency across channels. I sourced imagery creatively, pulling from social media and stills from website videos to support unique content needs. I designed a total of 12 transactional emails for both commercial and residential audiences. To optimize team workflow, I built the Figma file using streamlined components and global variables, enabling fast iteration and smooth collaboration.
RESULTS: Client feedback was minimal and overwhelmingly positive—an indication of strong alignment and successful execution. I was proud of the clarity and efficiency built into the design system, which made handoff and team contribution smooth and scalable.
