OVERVIEW
Dave & Adam’s Card World, a long-established leader in the collectibles industry, partnered with Listrak’s GXP to drive new customer engagement and revenue. As part of this effort, their email communications were refreshed to reflect updated branding and improve visual consistency.

MY ROLE & CONTRIBUTIONS
As the lead designer, I conducted a comprehensive brand audit using client-provided guidelines, existing email designs, and independent research across their website and social platforms. Based on this research, I defined the creative direction and designed the Welcome Series and Page Browse emails.
I built both global and custom assets and organized the Figma file using reusable components and variables to support scalability and efficient collaboration across the team.
RESULTS & IMPACT
The client approved the designs with minimal revisions and requested multiple assets for use beyond email, including on their website. The upfront brand research and structured Figma system reduced iteration time and improved team efficiency, making the project a success both creatively and operationally.
